I may not be the most popular from the rest of the North American candidates, but I feel that i’m capable of being part of the All-Stars team. I’ll share my thoughts, though some of you may disagree, and those who know me will agree. I’ll start off with bit of background information about myself (Excuse typing errors, will edit some stuff):
Biography: Hello community, my name is Marvin, and I am 21 years old currently studying in the Medical Field hoping to be a nurse, and eventually a Doctor. My other passion is dancing as I started off as a B-boy (breakdancer), but I have adapted other dance styles as well. I believe this adaptation applies to life to becoming an All-Star to progress yourself. I have been playing Guild Wars 2 since launch, and started Structured Player vs Player a month after. I have played various games in the past such as Super Smash Brothers Melee, Street Fighter, Marvel vs Capcom, DotA/League, Starcraft, WoW, and I like to dance it out sometimes on Dance Dance Revolution. I have a lot of Team Queue wins along with games lost (You win some, you lose some), but it was a learning experience to know more about how Conquest game mode works. I played with my team “No Good Intentions” for ToL 1, but other than that I normally play with people who ask around to Team Queue. I main Thief, but I mostly play guardian, and I can multi-class all 8 professions. I am one of the few to hit Rank 70 legitimately along with Karmy, Ostrich Eggs, Super Mang Jose, and others. I used to have the most win for team arena which shows how much I’ve experience I have. I am a chill person, and is willing to help people who need advice.
Why should you choose me?
I may not be the best player, but I have played all 8 professions to know their pros and cons. I may not be the best at all those professions, but I think everyone should at least attempt to try out a different class to learn the mechanics of that class. By learning those mechanics, you will know why that profession is strong and eventually figure out a way to counter it instead of going on the Forums to complain, without realizing why it is strong. I’ve played the conquest in this game to understand Mechanics, Rotations, Map Awareness, Synergy (counting dodges, calling numbers, timing burst), and much more. As an All-Star I think it’s important to understand all these things, because an All-Star has to be well rounded. I tend to be a good sport regardless if I lose or win, and I think it is important that whoever is chosen to be at Games con to be Mature with good mentality. There are many popular candidates, but I wanted to get this message out there for the community to help familiarize themselves with me.

I would stream, but unfortunately my internet connection is too weak to handle, as well as my graphics card. When I build a new computer and a better net, i’ll be happy to stream. Otherwise you can give me a whisper in game or add YourFriendMarvin.4127 if you need advice. It might not be the best advice, but i’m sure it would help even the slightest.
