Pretty simple… Class swaps either pregame only or once per game need to be allowed again, I simply will not play a class I am not familiar with in solo q anymore because I cannot switch (without ridiculous penalty) if I feel like the team comp given needs a different class to have a good chance at winning (multiple thieves for example).

So you will no longer play a class you are not familiar with in Ranked Q?…THANK GOD. Can you talk to the rest of the population that is doing this? They invented practice & unranked Q for learning new classes. You are the reason why half the ranked Q population is kittened off right now; at people that don’t know how to play their class and Q up. 1 down, 3,000 to go.

Your team needed a different team comp is only 50% of the issue. The other is having people in it that have no idea how to play their class. Anet. Please keep this feature in place, maybe the rest will drop out.

OR.. Release templates. I believe in you LESH PRINCE!!

No templates + Class lock = lame :/
