After the crazy nerfs this is a reasonable change. Not being able to move while using a defensive ability serves no purpose. If you need to run away , disengage or LoS you cant just stand still while shield blocking especially if theres so many unblockable skills. Its just bad design and punishes the player for no reason. Its the only block in the game that is like this. Guardian shield 5 used to be the same but they changed it because it wass too clunky so the same should apply to rev.

Last I check guard 5 never block any non-projectile attacks, moving or not. If you want to talk earlier it takes 2-3 years of complaints before they slap aegis on guard shield skills.

Remove the heal component and it’ll be on par with every other block in the game so you can justify the movement. Right now it’s the only shield skill that blocks all attacks and heals you at the same time and for that you are immovable.

Allow ranger axe whirling defense to cast it while moving with the healing nerf and no way to stick to your target with sword this is a reasonable change

Reduce some mobility is other areas and we have a deal.

We’re trying to fix the Rev, not buff it continue to perpetuate a continual state of broken OP’ness XD

Come on, dawg. Crazy nerfs? You do realize Rev had it coming. At the same second they have split PVP and PVE, I expected Rev to be nerfed. That class had the most damage potential and was wayyyy to strong. And after the nerf it will require actual skill to play it. Finally

Rev regenerates dps while time goes by, they also regen their other 5 disjoints.

Only thing rev needs is a good bug fix and balance fix for ventari. But bug fix should have the first priority.
