Illustrious Exhausted Primordial Legendary Druid, and Mesmer for fun
PvE | PvP (1500)| WvW | Fractals | Dungeons
As an sPvP player, how are you supposed to know if you are any good? The matchmaker keeps you at 50% and you can’t see anything that tells you what your MMR is… So you have no idea how hot (or not) you are!
Naturally, everyone thinks they are “the best,” but we could actually be one of the worst and not realize it!!! (Shock and horror)
I can tell because I make a Dragon wanna retire, man…

I know, but what if you are Dragon rank, for example, and consistently get matched with others, and even rofl-stomp them frequently. How can you say for certain they are not horribad Dragons that boosted their way up? They could be the worst dragons in the game!
It’s definitely a problem. What really gets my goat is that Anet keeps the rewards the same for high MMRs and low MMRs. As if your skill shouldn’t get you anything better.

What’s your goat’s name?
cant tell unless you join a team and compete agianst other high tier teams. solo Q’ers are automatically scrub tier in this unfair system that puts solo Qers vs premades to get farmed all day.
Reputation and recognition among your peers I guess? Like, even if some randoms recognize your prowess, you gotta be doing something right I suppose.
