is it to much to respect someone asking you to leave because you are trying to duel and you cant just go buy yourself a duel server or find an open duel friendly server but no just
stay around and grab more people to the server ruining someones duel

You can’t join one of the dozens of open duel servers?

YOU do not own a public server.

Nor is a public server designed for duelling.

It is designed for casual play of the boring conquest game mode.

Expecting people to NOT join a public server simply because you’re in it is selfish and a nice display of the ME ME ME generation.
