Even if somebody did run it (anytime ever) celestial has never been a good pick for mesmer (anytime ever).

I dont think Celestial should have been taken. If anything, it probably wouldn’t be so bad after the nerf to Quickness Rally/Stomping and (maybe) Durability runes being removed. Soldier didn’t seem so bad without the above, either.

Was that S1? I probably just forgot what ammy was being used. That said, we could say a lot about S1 chrono, the ammy being the least of them XD
