New dailies. Why, GOD WHY, does it have to be 5 wins in yoloq and 3 wins in tpvp? Can’t it be games instead of wins? Pvp players will play anyway, but it’s supposed to be for daily, and seeing how pve dailies are fast and easy this must be a bad joke. Especially, in yoloq.

If it was tpvp games people would join and just afk…

Took like..uhm, something like one hour and half maybe less, doesn’t seem long to me….this would just prevent pve heroes from going pvp 20 mins just for daily mission and then leave. Again…want it? Deserve it…want pvp daily? Go play pvp not just jumping in and out for rewards…

I’m getting those wins anyway, because I play pvp. What really hurts me is that pve players have really easy dailies and pvp players have to work hard to get theirs. And people afk anyway…

f you’re just playing PvP for the achievement points then you don’t really belong in PvP at all…

Here we are trying to create a competitive environment and we’re getting dragged down by PvE players who need to farm their AP so they can brandish their big fat farm score to other farmers

How about this: take ALL of the achievements out of PvP so we don’t have lousy PvE players joining tournament matches to make their PvE score go pewpewpew

After primarily playing PvP for the year+ since release, I have 850,000 glory(!!!) and 43 gold to show for it.

After buying two armor boxes, I now have 780,000 glory and 3 gold…

My two mains are both level 80. There is nothing else the vendor offers that I want or need.

So what do I do with 780,000 glory?

Better yet, who was the wise kitten at ANet that thought it would be funny to troll the PvPers by requiring gold with the glory reward purchases?

Just you wait until glory is removed. Then you will have nothing to show for all you effort, at all

The problem is sPvP had very little in the way of rewards…and children kept complaining.

Now you’re all complaining that there are rewards in sPvP that make PvE players come to get them. Well you’re going to get that with rewards.

Deal with it and stop being so childish.

A few pvp’ers wanted them to just add gold to sPvP tried explaining to the poor saps that if they add gold to it they have to give value to gold in there and bam, it happened, needless to say the gold price is steep. Thankfully with wintersday theres a good glory sink to vacate your glory into for gold. Needless to say because I play a fair bit of everything I’m not really stuck in any situation. Can more or less afford what I want in what I want.

I just dont see what the big deal is.

I bought 175 tomes to level 3 characters to 80. (I have 3 lvl 20 scrolls). It made all my pve friends quite jealous.

The problem is not the inclusion of gold in PvP. I think that was a good change and the community was asking for those things. The system we have right now is in a good place. However, Anet stated that glory would be removed from game, leaving gold the only currency in PVP. That’s where things get wrong.

The only barrier stopping a PvE player with tons of gold, to buy every armor set in PVP, is glory. Once it’s removed, the old pvp players (that doesn’t have gold at all), will be left in the dust…

So make it “Win 1 solo queue game” and “Win 1 tpvp game”

Like working to win is better.

Everyone and their mother plays thief/mesmer now and zergs the enemy down. With 3 mesmers, you can have 6 bonus clones, creating a confusing (and devastating), army of 11 virtual allies versus 5 of the enemy (incase without mesmer). There’s no chance for the enemy at all, imo, if the mesmers play well).

This is better? So if you randomly DONT get teamed up with the mesmers, you won’t win? This is nice effort to gain-gameplay?

Nope. Not at all. Not even remotely.

Pvp supremecy you mean.. it’s supposed to stop PVErs from afk farming..

Wins instead of Games is a good idea for pvp players guys. :/
