I agree that Afkers+Leavers are bad badd badddd ppl !
And they must loose Rating and W/L ratio
But i dont agree with the <<hexxes>> part (cant join the battlegound for some time as punishment)

Beacause once again u introduce the <<hexes>> , ppl will kittestorm each other , like <<@ noobs go back in PvE and @@ off and leave the game . U Suck , @@ scrubs etc … >>
And in this time . we cant afford to scare away any more the population …

Its better to ragequit and leave , rather that force them to stay and polute the chat for 15 min , so they dont get the debuff

So … any chance a Leaver or Afker could get a debuff , that transform their characte to a <<Male— Max height— Norm —And Bold -- with pink starter set(or a dress) —and with <<The Leaver>> title >> , for 1 hour instead ? :P

Most ppl hate the max height Norms , cause they feel so slow , when they move .
And with the bigger their size the more easy the enemy to recognize their animation and dodge the attacks

How about we ban said leavers spamming nonsense in the heart of the mists instead?

Aesthetics is what I believe you mean, unless you intend to put all afkers/leavers down for forceful surgery.
