Do you know leaderboards are broken and need fixing.
I say this as someone with 3 accounts in the top 80-90 ranks and a win % of around 70% in about 450 games (solo q). So I am not just moaning about being rank 600.
Your leaderboards are broken. My least impressive record is ranked at the top purely because I dont play it as often.
PLEASE just give us a word that you know the leaderboards are broken and intend to fix them. The not knowing if you even realise this is a problem is driving people crazy. Just post in this thread:

I agree that the leaderboards are not in perfect working condition right now. But let’s be honest. If they say:

…people will flame them incessantly for admitting that there’s a problem.

…they are flamed even worse.

…they are flamed for 20 pages for supposedly prioritizing PvE/esports/hotjoin/WvW/finishers/cash shop/warrior bias/whatever.
They’re likely working on a fix already, but every time they post people get angry out of principle. What do they gain from responding?

The real world doesn’t operate always operate with what you are taught in class. No company ever admits guilt or fault, they are willing to go to great lengths to never admit it, also it doesn’t hurt that the same people demanding a company admit faults will, use that as fuel to mock that company.
Reading the forums, there is no reason to Arenanet to admit fault, because it really wont change the attitude on this forum, so why admit it. Also admitting fault on this forum comes with the risk of using that previous fault to justify whatever rant the QQer can dream off.

Leaderboards not working have been proved dozen of times.
I agree with you on the basis, but aNet has no escape from this one: they can’t admit but still they can’t leave it like this, because it’s one of the greatest things killing competition right now.
The only way is to fix it as soon as possible, of course without admitting anything.
If anything, if they don’t do it they should really start questioning their priorities.
