If you check the pic they are obviously turning a blind eye to any;
Afk problems ~~~ you still lose matches so you wasted devs time w/dishonor :/ fix it
Spam/animation/asura problems
Leaderboard problems

& only answering questions that suit them the 1st day of a topic then leaving it once the community has a response because they have no real answers.

I’ve already put my hope in the next game ESO even if it has a sub fee. Yet I’ll continue searching for answers until April along with everyone who still has hope & Gw2PvpTv :/

ESO has crappy combat. Regardless of the lack of effort/resources they put into GW2 PvP, we simply dont have much better options right now.

Time is ticking away though. Anet better hurry before those options begin to pop out.

The rating decay system is a joke. This game should reward playing in rated matches often which it does not unless your idea of often is a couple of games to 0 a week.

I believe someone else will be heading SOTG.

With a number of questions or concerns people bring up I don’t think they really have answers that wouldn’t lead to further disappointment. That or the channels to determine what would be ok to say are quite convoluted with the multiple different ‘teams’ they have working on different areas of the game.

In so many responses I hear my team is not responsible for that area so I cannot reply about that. I guess not all teams have a representative that can share information or at least funnel information towards a single resource? Just seems very convoluted with employees not being on the same page.

so true, I love how they blame other staff and don’t know the answers to anything.
Working in a Cafe I knew my job inside out/Along with everyone else’s and listened to the customer. I never blamed someone else and always went and found a solution
