Yeah you’ve heared it before, I soloed my way up to legendary. Im not normally the loud one, but %"#@! that was horrible and at times a fun experience.

For those who are still going at it solo, dont give up, you will get there if you just set yourself goals. Heres a few I havent seen highlighted before:

- Duo queue isnt nec better if you have a partner that isnt up to par, you just have to accept it.
- Play a carry build that can fill a few roles during match. For me that was druid as Ive always played ranger quite ok, and cele druids actually pack’s a punch 1v1.
- Playing 4 5 6+ hours daily isnt nec the way due to 50/50 win loss, for me it ended up playing some games after work and then later in the evening. I dont know why, but I had a better win rate, maybe the system resets itself a bit somehow. Always stop at 2 or 3 losses, dont keep going, come back after 1 2 hrs. Once you get win streaks you keep playing, dont stop, however the times when I stopped they often continued the next time day after.
- If stuff goes hogwash during game, dont spend valuable seconds flaming in chat, it leads to nothing. Use shift left click instead on mini map. Being positive always is a morale boost and prevents other teammates spending seconds typing back. Make sure to know what roles the other fill, and adapt your own based on what enemy has – very important!

No I didnt record any cuz I really didnt enjoy this meta, stuff is usually so tanky and combat feels slow, often all about pressing the right buttons in order. Best of luck to you!

why is there more threads like this, i understand that soloQ to legend div. is way harder than duo/premade but after the first one making thread like this, this just screams look at me and stroke my ego.

well since new pvp patch i come from ruby t5 to diamond t2 today with a 3mangrp …. and i must say the skill of my diamond enemies are still worse, you can smell the exploiters and the non tactic knowledge of random ppl in your own grp carry them to win …. but we will meet legendary very soon ^^ ty anet for the patch

I got to it before the patch but im curious what happened. When i was in diamond i was stuck in t4 for a good 2 weeks facing alot of the same people. (alot of ESL players solo and duo queing) and then boom they were gone. I was facing these new legendary players and the team i was on were crushing them. I started gaining 2 pips per win and i was like huh, weird.

Match making is the strangest thing because i went from 50/50 to winning 6 and losing 2 from that t4 diamond to t3 legendary now. I didnt change my builds so i really wonder whats going on.
