Another mmr complaint post
They should remove the MMR from ranked entirely. The factor luck has on progression is dominating skill by a few magnitudes, all for the sake of progressing some (who probably don’t deserve it any more than others) through the system faster. Matchmaking should be based on tier and party size only.
It’s still possible to gain league tier/division but it falls on RNG now. If you’re stuck on a team with some people don’t know what they’re doing, you’re not going to win no matter how hard you try unless the other team happens to be the same.
The best that I can suggest is for you to plan out how many more divisions that you need to earn in order to complete those achievements. Determine how many more that you feel that you can earn this season and then split the rest evenly between the next two. The OP likely doesn’t need to worry about this considering how far they got last season.
Just stick to doing your daily participation achievement while swapping between classes after you’ve finished a class specific achievement. You won’t progress quickly but you will still progress and without the stress of dealing with horrible groups.
Not fun at all. This is some of the most frustrating game experience I ever had.
Have you tried longbow/staff druid? I had that setup even last season (but with celestial as mender’s didn’t exist at the time and ran glyph of tides in place of strength of the pack and have sigil of transference on staff in place of sigil of blood) and while not the hardest hitting setup perhaps even factoring in the pets too it still hits hard enough while offering great support, interrupts, and utility. It’s frankly overpowered but vulnerable to conditions and stunlucking and even the CA form utilities (including stunbreak when exiting CA form) need their cooldowns managed wisely and CA form skill 2 is great for cleanses.
Considering all these factors (I didn’t even mention search and rescue, which is hard countered by revenants with great skill management and timing) druid should be in the meta.
