Is there any benefit to switching to Anvil Rock? sPvP is the only thing I do in this game so if there is a benefit to switching, I’d like to swap while transfers are still free. Is the only benefit more people running around in the mists? Also, I can still invite people from other servers to my tPvP party, correct?

IDK about Anvil Rock, but in Europe switching to Desolation has major benefits for PvPers. Pickup teams often have voice comms and skills and usually are better than other pvp teams then on other servers. A lot of pvp guilds recruiting and many pvpers to get into contact with. On the other side, you will be able to guest on other servers for PvP anyway, so the only reason you should really switch is WvW.

You just have an easier way to meet other sPvPers which can lead to being on / creating better teams.
