because I’m feeling warriors are obsolete now compared to other professions. I know some have gotten great with them in arenas, but that just shows how limited their builds are when entering Spvp.

On a serious note, all classes are viable in PvP. In sPvP some builds work better because they don’t require as much co-ordination and team synergy. A lot of Warrior builds are VERY viable in sPvP.

I would recommend Guardian as a starter. They have plenty of offensive and defensive skills that can let you be a team player or a solo monster. The PvP subforum has more info if you are looking for in depth help, however.

I run a dps ham/bow warrior and i beat turret engys in 1 vs 1 all the time its always close but i win like 95% of them and my friends runs a bunker warrior which is pretty fun to watch him stay on a cap point vs 2 for like 30 sec.

Engi, Ele, Guard, and Warrior are all relatively easy to play and have a plethora of good builds. Thief is harder, but also very strong. I wouldn’t recommend Necro, Mes, or Ranger to anyone who wants to solo queue and do decently well.

I’ve been trying to push a PvT build using Sword and Sword / Great Sword combo. It’s alright, but meh at the same time.
