I’ve noticed that blocking “Say” in chat features does not prevent a player from neckbearding you, because you can still see what they are saying in the floating text bubble above them.

This is not something that happens in WvW. Any way to block this in sPvP?

I have a sword, a dagger, and an estimated life span of 2.47 seconds.
