Guild Wars 2

I notice there is some kind of Skill Delay, in which pushing a skill will not set it into cast at all for a second or second and half, then skill goes off.

Most cases I noticed this is if I am pressing the key rapidly. Like a heal skill for example. I may hit the key multiple times to make sure it cast, but it may do this skill delay thing.

Any idea whats wrong?

It dont look like Lag.

I was getting it during a WvW run tonight.

I can confirm this is happening to me as well.

I’ve been having that issue on and off lately – it’s server lag. Playing on my thief it’s really a gamebreaker when you try to use shadowstep and then hit it again because it seems like it didn’t work the first time – only to find out it was lag and you actually just shadowstepped away and then immediately right back into the thick of things – doesn’t typically end well

I’ve felt it. I had to stop using Mace on Warrior because it was taking too long to activate and would refuse to cancel via sheathing so I would consistently lose all of my adrenaline when I shouldn’t have.

Yah, def noticed it more since the last patch. Very annoying when it happens.

Same here, at first I thought ANet nerfed Power Cleanse. But after a couple of more rounds, I’m noticing other skills just not executing.

have had Ping Plotter on and apperantly i am losing packets from arenanets servers.

I have been getting increasingly bad skill delay on top of the persistent warrior F1 skill delay that has been around for a long time.

Since tuesday it’s been unplayable. A ton of skill delay and general lagness.. the weird server kind of lag though
