I am beginning to think my account is bugged. I have gone through 15 levels of buying Gold chests/silver chests and even tried copper ones.

I have never on my account received a shard or crystal, yet my friend who just hit lvl 11 has had 15 shards come his way and is in full AMAZING crafted gear for multiple characters.

Anyone else have this problem?

And yes I break whatever I can down.

What rank are you? Are you only doing hot-join PVP matches?
Salvaging items you get from tournaments are a better source of crystals/slivers.

My general rule: if the item is very generic and has no coloured background, the best thing you’ll get is either a token or an arcane orb.

Been doing both Tourny’s and Hot Join, also salvaging all of them even the ones with the really cool backgrounds.

It’s just so frustrating…i look like a dork on my ele haha

Its all luck and really bad luck sucks from 1-13 I managed to get around 25 crystals and 18 slivers however I’ve gone through around 50ish gold chests since then and gotten 0 slivers. Although I still get crystals very often from tournament silver chests, tournament gold chests give me trash :/

It would be nice if their gear system actually rewarded you instead of just making you buy an over glorified lottery ticket.

And now I just received 13 slivers all within 20 minutes, they should just let players trade up like 20 orbs for a crystal 5 crystals for a sliver etc

But then you would just farm orbs directly and not bother with trying to get the other items

Increase the orb amount then how about 100 orbs for 1 crystal and 10 crystals for 1 sliver

Once you hit rank20 (not sure if it can be done before) you can use dolyak tokens to dump excess orbs and hope for crits on craftables. At which point you can salvage them and maybe get a few slivers/crystals.

Doesn’t happen stupidly often, but it’s pretty easy to hit the 250 orb/dust cap, so you might as well do something with them instead of just destroying the excess.

I’m rank 21. I had a total of 4 crystals and 4 slivers if i’m not mistaken. All those were from rank 20+ chests so i assume that it depends on the item rarity that you salvage. Not sure tho!

I bought 23 gold dolyak chests. Only got one sliver from the items that came out :’(
