I simply can’t imagine the mayhem that we’ll experience next week, the amount of QQ threads will reach a record number within few hours from the release of the patch and this will possibly last for days ( if not weeks ).
With this said, I wish the forum mods, best of luck for the upcoming days, I don’t envy your position and the least I can do is to remove myself from the list of possible problems, this works both ways as I save myself few infractions and your workload is reduced.

To the community , this is the message : Everyone is OP..so nobody really is..perfect balance

To those who will remain on the forum even after the 23th June, I pray that you will “survive”, so that you may one day say this to your grandkids :" I was there…during the GW2 Flame wars..and I survived the conflict"

Mods already have enough with drama on HoT. They are overwhelmed. Next week they probably will take a long break. That said i hope it get even worse than HoT drama.

Some things that will I think have to be addressed quickly:

engi tools 7 ‘after evading a strike the next toolbelt skill you use is recharged instantly’ this will DOUBLE your heal if you use med kit

mesmer chaos line: illusionary membrane, the new chaotic dampening and the new prismatic understanding will together most likely give near 100% protection uptime just from the traits (as much as I like mesmer, which is my main, this will almost certainly be over the top)

Still hoping that they will revert the change to consume conditions. It is not only completely irrational, it is also a huge nerf to a profession which is already at the very bottom of the food chain.

The big issue with Consume Conditions is that none of the other heals are anywhere near as good and don’t interact well with Death Shroud.

Also, I think it’s safe to complain about proc-based burst damage even before the changes. When it can happen on auto-attacks, it’s never good.

you don’t need to lay off for months. just avoid hasty super nerfs at the get go.

I don’t get it, they mostly ignore the pvp forums anyway. Its just going to be internal conflict and complaining between players. They aren’t going to jump into a thread any more than usual.

Gonna’ be a mess, that’s for sure, but a fun one hopefully. The mods will have their work cut out for them, but nothing they can’t handle I think. Each infraction I got, I tipped my fedora with a M’mod.
