Are you being carried or doing the carrying?
I bet ANET will say that this is against they policy of playing together – this tool would give players something that they can argue about or even ditch fast weaker players becaus they stats arent high enough. But…
I would love to see those stats at then end of the game. If u could see only your stats it would really help with improving gameplay, builds and overally making the game a bit more interesting and clear.
of dangerous amateurs.” Murphy’s Law

Deaths/kills would be nice. Stuff about points sure, but boons done etc no way thats too class depedent.
Damage done might be ok, but i mean a bunker guardian could well be the player of the match and last on damage done.

Well, ya. Obviously. Maybe they could get a stat like “Time Spent On Point” or something.
I’m at a point when it’s quiet hard to find a team that will carry you, so I carry the teams I pug with.
Seeing how well each of the team members performed is something i look into, to eliminate “weights” and to get better myself. How well did I do compared to my teammates? Compared to the enemy mesmer? Compared to all the 9 players I played with/against? Why and how?

Carried by class? Lots of people. Possibly including the OP even.

Ah yes, the class carry. Delicate topic indeed.
number of eles on each team should be #1
I usually love looking at my numbers and getting satisfaction in knowing I played really well even if my team lost the match. I’m not sure that would work very well in GW2, though.
Even in traditional MMOs, the top “damage done” player is usually some range AoE fluff damage add.
Yeah more end-game statistics would be fantastic. Look at all the different end-game statistics you see in games like DotA 2. Not only would it help top teams, more importantly I think it helps the casual playerbase see their effectiveness and progression as a player, which is very important for player retention.
