We already have the PvP API and other APIs that give us details. Challenge programmers in the community to build a better match making algorithm. You tell us what inputs and outputs you need and let us build a web service that does the processing.
Winner gets a prize (perhaps job at ArenaNet) but also has to hand over code and all rights to it. Sign non-disclosers, etc…
