I believe the aquisition method was fixed in the wrong way in pvp. Don’t get me wrong id take anything other than the joke that was asc armor aquisition in pvp before but i dont think this is the best way. I believe a system like the one in OW would work greatly for pvp.

The system works like this:

You get the currency for the season rewards per game at a low rate per win and way less per loss (seems fair and ppl who would afk for the shard will have a worse time getting enough shards).

On top of that theres a big reward at the end of the season (for example lets say u get 5 shards per win and 1 per loss, the end reward is 200 or 300 shards) and that rewaed scales with your max rank you achieved this season ( bronze enough for 2 part/ gold 3/ plat 4/ legend full set).

Now that would make ppl focus more on their performance so they can play better and climp and less on the immidiate rewards (“hi i just got here for the reawards”)
With that system ppl who dedicate alot of time can geet more than just 1 full set (someone plays 500+ games in the current season and get to plat that guy gets enough shards from the end rewards for 4 pieces and has farmed enough shards throughout the season by simply playing for like the rest of the pieces he needs or even more depending on the winrate he had).

If the pvp rewards system works like that the rewards take much longer to aquire and reward you better the better you become. It will also take a healthy amount of time to balance with pve and so theres no need for asc mats to get it (or way fewer but since pvp is disconnected with pve in general i dont find the need for crafting to exist within it). the gold cost could remain tho oor increase slightly but i dought ths would be needed since asc would require the time commitment to get.

All in all i believe this system is better than the existing and way better than the joke that was the old system. Feedback or suggestions are welcome (keep it civilised tho).
