I’m not sure that this is a bug. But as long ago created a similar topic in the bugs. But now it has become correct on many skills aftercast.

Bounce projectile

Activation time ¼. But Attack speed 1 arrow/sec. Same speed as longbow (Activation time ¾)

1 shot/sec normal speed for bounce projectile, but single target damage less than ranger’s bear.
No need to increase the speed of the shot. Just add another blow to a single target as Mirror Blade. (http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Mirror_Blade)
Same with http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Dancing_Dagger, because off hand dagger underpowered.

Vital Shot

Less range/damage/bleed than Bleeding Shot, but same shot recharge.

This is easily seen visually. You can also compare the example of the sword.
Larcenous Strike animation is the same as that of Crippling Strike. Just compare:

and

Animation is the same, but there is a long delay after Crippling Strike.

I think there are still many professions have similar bugs.

I’ve complained about this in a suggestion thread, but didn’t get much traffic. An issue with GW2 balancing is that they don’t provide all available information. Each skill has several aspects to its time (initial delay, animation time, aftercast delay, server tick latency), and the devs have told us very little on skills.

I don’t have opinions. I only have facts I can’t adequately prove.

EVERYONE has complained about this.
Well, everyone with half a brain. There are still people opposed to the idea of full stat disclosure, and I fail to understand their motives.

I understand when there aftercast after Cluster bomb, but after the usual auto-attack is nonsense. It makes no sense to finish autoattack chain if at the end long aftercast.
