Autobalancing.
This happened to me twice earlier today and it was really frustrating =/ I shouldn’t be penalized because someone on the other team decided to ragequit.
Normally, autobalancing doesn’t bother me. I understand why it happens in games like TF2 where you want teams to be balanced.
The main issue here is that you get extra glory if you win a match – getting autobalanced at the end literally gives you less glory than if you hadn’t been autobalanced.
Make a short buffer of time after autobalancing that you won’t be penalized for being on the losing side. The only reason autobalance upsets me in this game is because I am penalized for being randomly selected to be autobalanced – its also why people never volunteer to go to the enemy team.
It sucks.

ran 15 games now in a row. 4 autobalancing from winning to me being ALONE on the team that is loosing…. 8 games of 2 v 3, 1v 3 and 2 games with proper 8v8 and 1 game i was a lone entire duration.
At this point I can’t even play sPvP because of things like this. Too many times have I been autobalanced to the losing team at the end of the game. It feels like a lot of the things that have been put into this game were put it and just expected to run as is. While ANet has done a fantastic job fixing the networking and FPS issues, it’s like they didn’t even look at sPvP and WvW before they were added to the game. I know it is early on, but I don’t have any reason to play for a long period of time until this stuff is fixed. I got up to rank 21 in sPvP and found myself playing 1 match every other day because of how lame it is.
I do agree that being switched to the losing team near the end of a match when you’ve been on the winning team from the start can be frustrating. That being said, even if you do win several matches in a row, you aren’t netting most of your glory from the win bonus. It’s fairly minimal if you ask me. Most of your earned glory comes from your participation and success in the match itself.
Just my two cents.
