What do you do when you have no condi remover or your only one is on cool down after killing a warrior or a necro, and your sitting in the corner with 6 stacks of bleeds and your point secured crying to your self as you slowly die from something you can’t out heal knowing your going to lose your blood lust stacks after countering a back cap for your team?

Yup. I’m all for nerfing/redesigning AR, but it would be smart to re-design necro condi flips a bit at the same time.

Whenever people see something against condition builds, they hop on it like it’s a godsend and hate any idea of nerfing it. Conditions aren’t OP in competitive pvp. You have your condition cleanse, a stun breaker and another utility.

Warriors came in to counter conditions, now mesmers are picking up to counter warrior.

This trait is on a whole different level of unbalanced than just not liking a playstyle.

No one has really said that conditions are OP in this thread. They’re just saying that meta engineer vs. meta necro is completely out of whack, due to AR on the engi side and consume conditions/staff 4/dagger 4 on the necro side. All people are saying is that both should be reworked at the same time.

It doesn’t have to be a nerf to either profession—in fact, a re-design could potentially make both professions stronger. It’s just a matchup that isn’t functioning too well atm.

Yes! What should happen, if they insist on no skill immunities like this/zerker stance and diamond skin is that condition duration should actually be reduced by 100%. Bu condi duration should work. So if you have +40% condi duration then your bleed should tick for that 40% on the target. Which is actually less than 40% of what it would tick for. So it would tick for 40% of 140%.

Or just keep the current system but allow condis to tick for -90% condi duration by changing a trait like this
