Guild Wars 2

For some reason, only one of my characters (my level 80 mesmer) has access to all the backpacks I’ve unlocked over the years. Anyone know why this is? Is there some sort of level requirement to where them or something?

You can’t use a backpiece unless the character has like backpack straps to transmute it with the skin of your choosing.

OK jk, i bought the straps from the vendor. It still won’t give me any of the options i’ve unlocked. When I got on my mes I can see all of them, but everyone else can’t.
