How long until a balance patch? Should make a bit of sense to do some balancing before the tournaments but we see hardly any but find tuning? I give it like another couple weeks before everybody rerolls to rev,dh,reaper. We need to look at non elite specs, pvp being locked down to elite spec vs elite spec is just not fund at all.

Small balance patch comes out on Tuesday with raids, big balance patch in maybe 2 months.

But don’t keep your hopes up, they’re too busy with raids atm to do much else.

I’d wager they include some class balancing. Though only with respect to raids, lol.

PvP atm:
- elite or uninstall
- AOE SPAM EVERYWHERE CAN’T SEE ANYTHING
- AOE does more damage than single target spells wth
- CC on CC riding CC
- Dh, rev, scrapper, reaper, druid <- you don’t play one of those? uninstall please
- thieves/wars deleted from pvp
- CAN’T SEE activeTRAPS EFFECTS CUZ LOL VISUAL BUGS

Honestly, apprently balancing went like this for HoT: let’t throw cat on keyboard and see what happens.

As a ranger I have been conditioned to hate balance patches.

I actually like that they aren’t knee jerking with the balance in favour of waiting for things to settle a bit… just kidding ranger has already had a kittenton of knee jerk nerfs.

You are overly cynical. I am sure ANET will release some balance updates. It will likely be something like “Changed the tooltip to better reflect….”

Balance? Why? Its balanced as it is atm. The only thing anet intends to fix, is VISUAL EFFECTS, because… you cant even see anymore what insta-gibbed you there.

We also mustn’t forget:

-Evade frames for EVERY class, you get evade and you and you get some evede. Clunky skill, long animation? Here haz some evade. Also blind and block.

Balance is a cool lad, was suppose to drop in a few month ago but got stunned along the way by a mesmer shield and then chain cc’d by a double gravity well and then got stuck in a dragon’s maw that was invisible for some reason and then got steamroled by a reaper. Now he is traumatized and is crying in the corner chilled by fear, from the reaper ofcourse.
