Depends how you look it. If you play a condi build, then yes, nothing wrong with them right now. If you play against a condi build, it will be painful.

Scrappers, DH, eles, thieves, revenants.

Mesmers, necro and warriors are the only good condi build currently, and they’re all manageable.
