Well traits aren’t really balanced like “theirs does this, in order to be balanced, the other persons has to be the exact same”. Skills passive ability to stack conditions, as well as just other traits and mechanics all factor into balance. Also speed of attacks, if a warrior is faster then he’d potentially have more chances to get those crits to add bleeds. That said, I’m not an expert enough to say either way if its currently “balanced” well enough, but that’s an answer to why it COULD be okay. To be honest I like condi warriors myself, I think they’re alright. Necros condi application needs to go down, the warriors doesn’t need to go up.
Edit: and read above, that will explain your question more clearly.

Engis have the same thing and its also only 30% iirc.
Necros are the condition overlord rulers of us all. We must accept it. Better procs, way longer durations, easier application, transfers, etc.
Accept it and destroy it. I just play my CC Warrior all the time now and completely take them out of fights. YAY!

Twice the chance to apply with only 1 second less duration. I don’t see the trade off.

After you disregard post 1, read mine.

Huh… don’t forget that necromancers can use this with ranged weapons as well, while warriors tend to use swords as our main condition weapons, (well, that and longbows, which I find a bit weird as we don’t bleed on the auto-attack, so why not rifles?)

Yep, I did. I agree, profession stuff can’t be directly compared..there will always be differences that make one side think it isn’t fair.
I was only pointing out that there are other professions who also don’t share the same chance as the Necros.
Then the post I quoted was trying to make it seem like it was even bc of the duration, which it isn’t. It doesn’t have to be even, and it isn’t.
We could try to discuss the balance of it…probably not that important. Though I’d say any possible rate of attack differences for Warrior vs Necro are more than made up for by the fact that Warriors have an immensely more challenging job landing their attacks than a Necro does. So if anything I would say the Warrior should have the higher application chance.

Because Sword and Rifle would stack all your condition into bleed. Longbow offers burning as well as a NASTY bleed on the #5.

Yeah, I thought that’s the reason… the rifle mainly gives the feeling of a power-build, honestly.

… What the fractal?
I am 90% certain that Barbed Precision is a 1 second base duration bleed, not 2 seconds.
Edit: Wow. Woooooooooooow. Stealth buff of a god kitten century right there.
It’s pretty obvious, and nobody’s impressed.
