IM PRETTY SURE THAT IT WAS CHANGED ON THE FLY.
It still works just fine. It also always had a cooldown. It’s dependent on pet swap (15s traited).
An hour ago, when i use Rapid Fire and Pet Swap, quickness always kicks in. but now, sometimes it kicks in, sometimes it doesn’t.

nvm, i need to lock and initially attack the target before quickness gets activated.
I thought that by merely swapping without a target, i will be granted quickness.

do you guys have the same experience as mine? does quickness kick in by just swapping pets?
That’s how it works. You HAVE to be in combat first, however, to get the buff. So start attacking a target, then switch and unload.
