The devs came prepared with detailed information. The other speakers did not have to pry and pick open the devs’ brains in vain.

Speakers like Caed asked very precise and thought-provoking questions, and was not shy on interrupting the devs to get the questions across. This is good. A good journalist is not passive or meek. Aggressiveness is the key, and I got that impression from the speakers in this SotG (mainly from Caed…the other speakers swallowed their own microphones and stopped talking midway or something).

Need more guest speakers like Caed on SotG.

I think you are over exaggerating because I don’t remember him asking a lot of questions at all and especially when it would be for thieves.

Because if you think asking “are you going to separate solo que from premade” is thought provoking then asking them why the haven’t adopted system ratings similar to other MMOs (leagues and tiers) is a question that can never be answered.

I will definitely see that SOTG again just to be accurate enough and not talking out of my kitten.

So then we need State of the Steb. If you want a guest speaker that won’t be passive, or meek.

The thing I like the most about this kind of stuff is to get new info ahead of the patch’s time, and the devs came well prepared for this SotG. So it was well worth my hype.

I still think there’s room for improvement but I agree. Cased actually asked questions and engaged in discussion with the devs rather than just letting them talk the whole time with a live audience. It can still be better, but it was a step in the right direction and for that we thank you Caed!
