LADDER- very important to competetive element of the game. Currenty ladder system can not be seen from game lvl and this is why not many players even know there is something like ladder is gw2. What is more ladder should give feeling of development. It is great if player can see progress after each game. For example see how rating changes.

PvP title under nickname is not enough to distinguish best player among people. Ladder position (f.ex. master league) can be seen as logo next to nickname. In addition player’s pvp lvl (glory points lvl) can be located in place of pve lvl. This way players can see who is who in lobby. It may also be applyied in pvp map match (gw2 forum idea).
