I have 4 birthday boosters saved up. But I can’t really use them yet. I PvE mostly on my ranger and the problem is I use that ranger for PvP too. So when I go to PvP I feel like those hours on birthday booster would be wasted. So I avoid using it even though I want it for PvE/WvW.

Wait, ANET forgot to adjust the birthday boosters to instead give rank gain? Shocker.
