How about the gem sales on probably the #1 selling item: Black Lion Keys

I would love your idea so I can be reminded of what a Black Lion Key looks like!

People would love it, I think it would encourage more people to try pvp, or farm solo queues which is good for everyone when we have more players actually playing.

I doubt ArenaNet will go for it, but I would love to see something like this, kinda a throwback to Zaishen keys in a sense as well.

With the current state of matchmaking, soloque would be an unplayable hell for everyone. After ~5 matches you can be matched with or agains the current rank1 – how is that fun for anyone?

Also, I don’ think they will give ways to earn gemstore items without gems – yes, sometimes you can get a booster or you can farm the human storyline for keys, but that method was not really intended IMO.

But Black Lion Key was on sale week ago or something like it.

Out of all the suggested reward tracks this is probably the most unlikely one to happen.

Unlikely to happen but it would be nice, till then I’ll be doing the story mode farm runs for my keys

This is the entire basis of my suggestion for the Black Lion Reward Track
We need to new players to gain interest in pvp
Allowing them to farm their keys in pvp rather than running maps/story, is a good idea

Would replace the Mystic Forge Stone though. I already have more than a stack of these in my bank. >.> I can’t even use them up faster than I acquire them from AP chests.

I burn through them constantly due to making mystic forge salvage kits

I only ever use them for salvaging Rares, which while I do get maybe 2 – 3 on average a day, it’s still not fast enough for me to burn through 250 uses a month (and with LS AP’s, I tend to get a new AP chest every month).

I tend to use them for everything
Only save BL Kits for exotic
