I have noticed that when a thief blinds me when I am downed, the blind effect persists even if I attack them with the number 1 ability. This means of course that it is impossible to interupt the stomp. Is this a bug, or is there some other mechanic I am missing?

Black Powder is an aoe that pulses blind for it’s duration. Costs 6 initiative and forms at his feet. Generally you’ll only get through it with quickness if you are downed.

So does this mean if I use black powder when an enemy is not downed all attacks will miss me for the duration (4 secs), assuming my enemy stays in the black power aoe?

obviously yes, its the same as Necros blind well, dont know exact name

black powder pulse.
if the atk speed of opponent> pulse frame = you are hit by some fists.
if atk speed of opponent<pulse frame = you are not hit for duration of black powder.

100b hits you with and without haste. damage taken change
