If I block a player will the system ensure I don’t get paired up with that player in an future matches? Or does it just block their whispers?

Just whispers. Analyzing user’s blocklist would increase q time minimum tenfold.

u can manually queue dodge.
dun queue if u see them in pvp lobby

Would be nice of anet to add 1-2 hard blocks (system wont pair you with that person) with reset time of week or smth. Its just too frustrating to get the same team 3 games in a row when you know you just dont work as such.

I would tell you all about how I track and avoid certain problematic players, but I got an infraction notice and my message deleted the last time I did that.
