Yes, Cele was OP but its removal was uncalled for, so many funny builds are gone.
All that was required was to tone down the stats by 10-20%.

Just bring it back as it was. Amulets are not the problem with balance.
I bet they’ll just remove cleric and paladin amulets in the next season

Yeah. Healing Is Bad. It makes ppl work for kills and they ragequit in whole Pro teams Pro.

That is again your lack of logic. Being perceivably forced into making meta cele builds and being really unable to make cele builds, see the difference?

It was over used, and bad for build diversity, that’s why it went. Nothing to do with fail builds at all. I fully expect vipers to go next.

But what exactly is bad about lower build diversity?
For example, all modern armies run the same AR-something build and nobody complains.

If somebody wanted to make a different build nobody forbade them yes?

But removal of cele had wrecked my hybrid mes so it actually lowered build diversity for me. Elementals are still crying to this day.

The problem with celestial was that it was the best amulet and made it so you couldn’t really use other amulets. Ya know, no build diversity!

Now that celestial is gone, I have way more options on Druid. I can run Menders and… and… um, yes Menders and, ah, ah, hm. Bugger, there is still only one amulet to use.

And they often lose to Cele because they lack the survivability and the damage to take down a cele.

PPP failbuilds yes; but when the thing crits for 8k AND surprise attacks from stealth or is damage immune for few seconds, almost any cele gets insta OWNED.

Proper formulaic is “No. Just no.” Without explanation.

No point. Cele amulets had their stats lower before, and they were then considered …less than optimal (which is one of the reasons why the stats were upgraded). The only class that consistently used original cele was elementalist, and only because it had no other choice.

A ‘successful’ berserker build loses to a successful cele build every time.

Also it gets boring after a while if you are all running the same build
