25 stacks mmmh. Imma go with no.
Erm. So in 5v5 where you rarely if ever see actual 5v5 action, you want a single spell to block out 25 ccs in 6 seconds? Way to revert the change without openly saying it. That almost couldn’t realistically happen unless the guy stood perfectly still.

with mesmer if u dont use mantra u dont got stability
with thief u can say: “stability its just an wirling elite skill”
with ranger kill or be killed
only 3 class use stability: war, guardian and ele
this is not a big nerf but a balance

As much as i’d like the old stability, it’s actually more balanced now than before., imo.

the stab change really has no effect on spvp besides the ulti’s that pulse stab messes with boon stripping….. other then that almost no affect.
In PvP gotta be utterly kittened to waste 3xCC to remove stability from someone.
Stability change was mostly thrown due to WvW and blob behavior.
Nothing changed in PvP and in small team roaming in WvW.
New Stability will either be kited off or simply removed by Boon removing abilities.
In fact, Elite skills which grant long stability, like Plague, Lich form or Rampage as One, simply got buffed.
Now you’re getting 3 stacks of stability every 3 seconds.
Which means, if you remove it, it’ll stack up 3 sec later, while before, you could remove it and Elite major ability went down the toilet.
So Stability changes in fact doesn’t impact pvp.

Lets face it, new stab is minimal change for small groups. 1v1, almost same but with buffed elites. Best case scenario ignoring elites, some classes got skills that remove more than one stack in a short timespan, but generally stab doesnt last long anyway.
In WvW however… stab change only further strenghten blobbing and bringing more people to battle than the enemy while randomly throwing out cc.

That’s not how AH works, or you’d be getting 15 heals per tick of empower rather than 5.

Well, other than completely screwing over Foot in the Grave haha. Wouldn’t be a patch without some sort of Necro woes. :P

That’s not how AH works, or you’d be getting 15 heals per tick of empower rather than 5.
In other news, that’s actually exactly how AH+Empower works. One heal for ~72HP every stack of Might per person affected.
