agree. As already written multiple times. This skill can be key to an non bunker/healbot build. In it´s current form the only reason to take it if two tempests team up so one regens on auras and one weakens on shouts ….
-20% CD is neither OP nor will it support curent suppoert ele due competing with torrets. The only reason not to do it will be intetionally supress any non support build option with tempest-
Absolutely not. If you want to change it to apply bleed or torment instead of might and weakness that’s one thing. But a single trait applying might, weakness, bleed, and torment on top of reducing skill CDs is way too kittening much. We need less boon and condi spam in this game, not more.

My suggestions are to keep up with the current meta. Look at skull grinder. Bleed, blind, confusion, cripple, daze, blast finisher on a 2.5 second cooldown and can cause a 600 per second regen when traited. Torment bleed might and cripple on a 20 sec cooldown is NOTHING in comparison.

There’s legit nothing you can say to convince me otherwise. Ele has no condi diversity and can apply 0 damaging conditions except for bleed and burn.

Ever heard of nuclear proliferation? Look it up, this is not the way forward, the way forward is to remove the daze on said skull grinder and count it as a lvl 2 burst skill.

The proper solution to power creep is NOT to introduce more power creep, but instead to nerf what is too powerful. If skull grinder is too good then it should be nerfed, but ANet should absolutely NOT buff something else up to its level.
I maintain, your proposed solution is godawful and I hope to never see it implemented. The game needs far less powercreep, not more. Stuff needs to start being nerfed in earnest. Choose might and weakness OR torment and bleed, but not both.
I even think both might and weakness is too much tbh. I don’t think traits should be handing out more than a single boon or condi period. Individual skills sure, but not traits, especially not traits that can affect 5 skills on your bar. Of course this would require a massive re-balance on ANets part that I doubt we will ever see, so I have to just hope that nothing more is added on top of might and weakness in this trait
adding cooldown reduction to this trait would be more than enough. and might even be too much
if any conditions were added at all I’d say add a few stacks of vulnerability
this would of course be a separate option from adding cooldown reduction, if cooldown is too powerful
