Guild Wars 2

So as the price is quite ‘high’ for the expansion, our expectations are high aswel, ofcourse.

I am wondering if we would finally get the Build Templates we’ve been asking for about.. 3 years now?

It would make it more fun than having to change class all of a sudden and have another Class Wars 2 before the match even starts.

As far as for what PvP gets for the expo the cost is not even worth it if you a PvP player. Stronghold isn’t good, nor what we’ve asked for.
Until I see:
Working leaderboards
Visible mmr
Improved matchmaking
Unique pvp (NON GRINDABLE) rewards
A team dedicated to pvp/split the change log for pvp and pve
Build templates
Some rework on rng procs
I won’t be buying it.

If the pve content after release looks like its enough content to justify a solely Pve purchase I just might buy it (assuming no other better games finally come out, the industry is crap right now…) but for 3 years weve been kitten on in PvP and now they want us to fork over $50 for one kittenty map and likely pay to win class specs. I just just don’t want to support the game anymore, I’ve done my share buying gems and crap and those are honestly more worth it to me than the entire expo I’ve seen thus far.

Build templates is obviously coming in the future, but probably won’t be in the expansion. They’ve been changing/simplifying/overhauling all the systems and slowly progressing to an inclusive system that would work well with build templates.

They’ve talked about it before. It’s not an easy feature in gw2. Especially if you want to do it good.
