Build viability (air and fire sigils)

we should add a set of sigils that has 1% chance of instant match victory upon swapping weapons. No ICD ofc, if not they would be useless.

I agree with OP. I hate the fact that there is still a bit of damage which comes from weapon skills and utility. Honestly, it is a joke. Fire and air sigils should do double their damage. I hate only taking 7k damage from an auto attack (we should dodge auto attacks i guess my bad). I wish it was 14k damage. It would be much MUCH more fun if fire and air sigils were much better.

Agreed muffin, glass builds have never been viable until Groucharoo thankfully buffed air and fire for us.

There, fixed it for you. And please, PLEASE let it be in that order. Berzerker builds are the only fun builds. I hope they won’t get nerfed to the ground because some cele baddies’ reflexes are too slow.

They should both reduce the damage on both(geomancy, too, they all outweigh other sigils far too much) and add an exclusive fact to fire and air, making them share a cooldown again. Especially since they’re essentially the same thing except one is more Aoe and one is single target, it seems like a valid choice to make.
Side note though, they should rework a lot of other sigils to make them worth using.

I will say the game can be kitten the #1 key already so perhaps they could mail us some of those fancy GW2 keyboards too.
I won’t say anything but there is only 1 and slightly another that benefits from using both sigils. Rest of the zerkers, if using, are doing it wrong. I am not going to help anyone be more op so you will just have to figure that out on your own. So many on the air + fire bandwagon when there is actually better options for most classes.
Just my 2 cents, have fun with air/ fire, they are fine the way they are.

Legitimate concern. If Ferocity gets a 15%, for example, all celestial stats on the celestial amulet should be reduced by 2%. I’m not even sure we would notice the difference, but yeah why not. It would especially be a buff to berserker amulet and valkyrie amulet. We rarely see the later in use these days.

I know you’re trolling, but I’m not sure you’re familiar with fresh air builds if you think they go full defense. The whole build is defined by putting 6 pts into air (precision/ferocity). Even the tankiest variant puts at most 4 pts into water, which offers less defense than an interrupt mesmer putting 6 into chaos for CI.
