Its been out for awhile now, but here is the first part of my guide to bunker Engineer! Part 2 is delayed beyond what is advertised on the video unfortunately, as I am having some issues finding/forming a new team, but anyway…. enjoy!

There is one major flaw in your build. You state that you’re taking cleaning formula 409 because it works with super elixir, but you’re wrong. Super elixir clears a condition upon placement regardless of whether or not you take cleaning formula 409. Anet simply failed to note that in the tooltip. I got very exited when I watched the video because I was thinking that with formula 409 it would clear 2 conditions, but alas it was not to be. Only one.

On the plus side, you either get to select a new skill (backpack regenerator, perhaps?), or even better in my opinion, get to remove 20 to 30 points from alchemy and use them elsewhere. If I were you I would find a way to get 30 points in inventions for the elixir infused bombs.

There is a big reason why no trait for elixirs works on anything else than seperate elixirs.
So not on super elixir, or not on the tool belt skill of elixir gun…

If they did, than some traits would cause double dipping.

Faster elixirs copled with faster recharge for elixir-flamethrower skills would be one such example.

Each kit has a few traits they benefit from.
The fact that some of the kits’ skills are called ‘elixir’ is just a very poor naming policy of the developpers.
They aren’t elixirs indeed…
