I think the system is fine, as long as you have specific builds, i.e one build that will bunker only, one build that will be pure dps, etc… Basically, you can find counters to these builds.
What happens with builds such as hammer/bow warrior or spirit ranger, is that they can do too many jobs, can provide huge help in team fights, and don’t really have explicit counters.
Bunker is easier and safer to play. DPS is high risk, but there’s no high rewards attached to it. Also the conquest game mode doesn’t help the problem either, makes it worse.

they should remove ALL amulets and only allow Berserker
and than balance around this

We brought a full zerker staff ele into a few tournament rounds yesterday and as long as he didn’t get focussed he would bring anyone down on point.
It was pretty fun to try that for a few rounds.
A few smart ones out there kept hunting the ele down but other than that it was fun to see bunkers having no idea what to do.. do i stay on point in meteor showers and frost bow aoe and die or do i run… most just stay on point haha.
Because of conditions. You can play as non-bunker against power builds, but spammable conditions will melt you down very quickly.
Either conditions must be toned down or every power build must be buffed with strong anti-condition tools.
