Call of the Mist Missing

In Friday’s announcement it that we would get the same buff that we got a couple weeks ago for PvPing. I logged in this morning to start a match and noticed that the buff isn’t going.

Does anyone know why it’s not going yet? Are they waiting for the tourney to start before popping the buff?

It said the earliest match was at 12:00 CEST. It’s way past that.

The announcement lied.
