I’m a little confused about the things I’m receiving from chests and Glory.

The PvP items that come from chests are aesthetic only, right? They have no statistical value or do they?

For instance: I received a SPvP Staff and some chain armor (I use Light) so I would… Salvage the chain and use the staff… that I already have from the vendor.. or.. ?

And the Glory should be used to purchase Salvage Kits and more chests?

Does anyone have any tips?

All rewards and such are for cosmetic purposes yes. Salvage what you dont want and use the mystic forge with the mats. Use your glory to buy salvage chests and such.

Keep in mind you can “deposit collectibles” on PvP skins that then can be accessed by ANY character on your account. So that chain may not be usable by your caster, but you can use it on your warrior.

Access the deposited gear through the PvP Lockers.
