Can't Join PvP Arenas

An Error Prevented Saving:
Message Body length must at least be 15.
Keeps saying “Guild Wars 2 has been updated. Please exit and relaunch it”. Exiting and relaunching does not fix the issue.
No one else in my map could join either…
