Can't Q With A Friend

Anyone else experience this? We were Q’ing earlier with no issues. Both took a break, now when we are back in party as soon as we hit the Q button, the error message comes up “You have been removed from the Q”…. We can Q both of us as solo Q, but as a team – nope. Why??? No dishonor or anything. Relogged etc… Anyone else?
