And I don’t mean the PvEers playing 3 hot-joins a day before hitting AltF4.

Too late to save this game.

Some people are so over dramatic. There’s a lot of people playing PvE – a lot of potential players that might come if/when they add more content.

Is this game so important to you that esports matters that much to you LOL. Do you want to be a professional gamer that badly? I find it sad that the word “esport” even exists. How about play the game because you enjoy it and find it fun.

content doesnt matter if pvp isnt balanced.
content doesnt matter at the current skill gap to start being competitive

the important part is not attracting new players its about let them stay.
