You can’t use for example signets, shadow step in mid-air. Make some sense while you were jumping but would srsly kitten you up otherwise. For example when you are falling and got immo, if you are relying on signet or shadow step to cleanse then you dead.

happens all the time with binding root

use spells like death bloossom for example or just any spell that lifts you up for a sec and get immobed by binding root = can’t use any spells untill you die and rez
