I’d rather they nerf the other elite’s dmg and ranger pets’ dmg than buff warr/thieves’ dmg. What warriors lack isn’t dmg but the ability to land it with blind spamming (mes/druids/guards/thieves etc. On the contrary warrs have the least access to it. Given that warrs’ attacks are pretty slow blind is more effective against them than any other class) and more importantly sustain. Any elite spec can grind a warrior down in 10 sec (after the initial endure pain) unless the warr runs away like a coward (which we are not supposed to). Berserker spec was a bad joke from Anet…

Funny thing is: if daredevil becomes meta without nerfs/changes, nec/reaper will be removed from pvp once more
So you just trade one class’ viability for another.

What’s your point exactly there is always a chance that something will not be balanced. I know lets leave everything in the kittenty state it is now because something in the future might also be op.

As Thief is made, it can never be the strongest class at all.
It doesn’t have the Toughness/Vitality.
It doesn’t have the cleanses.
It doesn’t have the AoE CC’s.
It doesn’t have the Pointholder specs.
It doesn’t have the ability to 1v1 in short time period to decap the point, because it doesn’t counter anything in general.

It cannot do what all other classes can, except +1’ing.

The thing that makes Thieves strong is +1’ing/decap free points, which is more sad than anything else.
