Guild Wars 2

Hi,

I am a returning player, who left GW2 before the gear unification and just came back today. Rank 40 as of now. Not the most loyal PvPer around, but as you imagine I have quite some skins to re-apply to all my characters~~

As I logged back in today, I noticed that there are occasions I cannot use the shoulder skins I have AT ALL due the fact that, as an almost PvP-exclusive player, some of my characters are level 2 and there simply is not a shoulder item on them

And currently, the lowest level to get a shoulder armor is at level 15…which will take some time to reach on all my characters except for Warriors and Guardians since they have shoulder items based on the plot choice during character creation

So I am posting here to express this frustration and hope that you devs will consider adding shoulder items for completing the starting quests and reaching level 2.

Although, come to think of it~~going back to PvE,doing some quests and reading some stories wouldn’t be so bad either…

Go to WvW. There’s a vendor that sells karma blue gear, perfect for your level 2’s. There’s a full blue set for very little karma and you can put skins over them just like any other armor and enjoy full barbie-ness in PvP. They are even great starter gear.

You’re welcome. Oh, and you can also not worry about all those things if you have an outfit you like.

I do wonder where the barbie-ness would come from since my char is a sturdy Norn~but thank you all the same. With luck we’ll meet on the battlefield and behold mah beauty
